3-hour Accessibility specific boat tour on the gorgeous Nepean river. 

As we can take up to 2 wheelchairs on our vessel we have worked to develop an NDIS specific tour, not just limited to wheelchair occupants, but all abilities working towards their NDIS goals. Our tours have been designed with the following goals in mind:

* Providing an extraordinary recreational activity 

* Relaxed social setting to build friendships

* Provide quality family time

* Build skills whilst learning about boating, the wildlife and the waterways.

What is included:

Our boat tours leave from Tench Reserve boat ramp in Penrith on the Nepean river. Once boarded you will be provided with a safety briefing from your captain and then the vessel will get underway. Along the tour we can provide "what can I see" worksheets for sight-seeing which entails a checklist of wildlife that may be spotted along our trip, with a prize for anyone who can spot our "bonus character". 

Whilst cruising the Nepean river, information about the area, wildlife, fish and boating in general will be discussed and dependant on abilities, an opportunity to drive the vessel under guidance from our captain can be provided. 

Also included in every tour is a take home souvenir as well as videos and images from our action camera (provided via dropbox link post tour). 

Optional inclusions (no added charge):

* Fishing for up to 4 passenger at a time

* Cooking a sausage sizzle lunch on our onboard bbq (Can be cooked by either participants or by our captain).

3-Hour Private Fishing Tour on the Nepean River, Sydney

Join us for a 3-hour private fishing adventure on the scenic Nepean River, set against the backdrop of sandstone cliffs and pristine bushland at the edge of the Blue Mountains. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced angler, the calm waters of the Nepean are a great place to cast a line and relax.

Target species include Australian bass, estuary perch, carp, and mullet – with the chance of hooking catfish or eel as well. While fishing, keep an eye out for the river’s rich wildlife, you never know what you might see. Sea eagles, cormorants, water dragons, turtles and although extremely rare there are platypus that call the Nepean river home!

All fishing gear, bait, tackle and fishing licences are provided in charges.
